Alex M. Lewandowski, 64, Mission, Kansas passed away March 6, 2011. A visitation will be held Wednesday, March 9, 2011 from 5-7:30 P.M., with a funeral service beginning at 7:30 P.M. at D.W. Newcomer’s Sons Johnson County Chapel, 11200 Metcalf Ave., Overland Park, Kansas 66210. Cremation will take place following the service. Alex was born November 16, 1946 and became an Eagle Scout and was a U.S. Army Veteran. He was also a distinguished attorney in the Kansas City area for over 30 years.
Survivors include his three children, Michael, Andrew, and Michelle Lewandowski; former wives, Trish Lewandowski and Kim Lewandowski; loving companion, Kera Matchett; and sister, Elaine Hornbostel.
