Mace, Alice B. 87, Overland Park, KS, passed away Monday, Jan. 21, 2008.
Alice was born July 5, 1920 in Salt Lake City, Utah where she was baptized in the Temple. She was the ninth child of Frank R. and Jennie A. (Jacobson) Slater. She married Max J. Mace on December 8, 1945 who was a US Marine. They traveled and lived in San Francisco, San Diego, Yokosuka, Japan and Layfayette, LA. Max preceded her in death in 1985.
Survivors include her children; Susan M. Bradt (John) of Overland Park, KS, Janice K. Schuette (Daniel) of Andover, MN, Jacob M. Mace of Lafayette, LA, six grandchildren; Melissa Mace, Laura Bradt, J.J. Bradt, D.J. Schuette, Jenny Schuette, Max Schuette, and 5 great grandchildren; Kyrstin Schuette, Zoe Bradt, Ethan Mace Humble, Triston Schuette and Austynn Schuette.
Private family services. The family suggest memorial contributions to the American Heart Association.
