Arthur G. Moritz, 62, of Overland Park, Kansas passed away quietly Thursday, May 19, 2016 at the Kansas City Hospice House. Art was born January 12, 1954 in Chicago, Illinois. Visitation and a Memorial Service will be held May 27, 2016 with visitation 10am-11am and memorial service following at 11am at Johnson County Funeral Chapel & Memorial Gardens, 11200 Metcalf Avenue Overland Park, Kansas.
Art was preceded in death by his mother, Laverne A. Moritz and wife, Julie Moritz. He is survived by his father, Alfred J Moritz; his sister, Cyndy Moritz; his four children, Jennifer (Mike) DuBois, Michael Moritz, Andrew (Amy) Moritz and Adam (Jessica) Moritz; and 9 Grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions be made to the Kansas City Hospice House, 12000 Wornall, Kansas City, Missouri. Arrangements by Johnson County Funeral Chapel & Memorial Gardens, Overland Park, Kansas.
