Arthur L. Morris, 79, of Kansas City, Kansas passed away on Friday, September 25, 2009 at Holmesdale Nursing and Rehab. Graveside services will be Wednesday, October 7, 2009 at 2:30 P.M. at Fort Leavenworth National Cemetery, Fort Leavenworth, Kansas. Cremation.
Arthur was born on December 1, 1929. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy after 20 years of service. He was preceded in death by his parents, Arthur L. and Verlee T. Morris and his sisters, Lorene P. Willis and Sylvia R. Smith. Survivors include his two brothers, Walther G. Morris and Richard A. (Fran) Morris; one sister, Ermalene E. (Charles) Hobson; many nephews and nieces; and a number of cousins.
