Visitation will be Friday, July 8, from 5-7 pm at Johnson County Memorial Gardens, 11200 Metcalf Avenue, Overland Park, Kansas. Rosary will be said at 5:10 pm. Mass will be on Saturday, July 9, 10:00 am at Holy Spirit Catholic Church, 11300 West 103 Street, Overland Park, Kansas. Internment at Resurrection Catholic Cemetery, 8300 Quivira Road, Lenexa, Kansas. The family suggests memorial gifts may be made to St. Scholastica Plaza, Benedictine College, Atchison, Kansas in memory of Barbara Ann Page-Stocks Daly.
Barbara Ann was born on September 14, 1931, at St. Margaret’s Hospital, Kansas City, Kansas, the daughter of Paul Edward Page and Gertrude Mary (Hoppers) Page. Barbara Ann was a well-known artist in the greater Kansas City area. Her affiliations include: Overland Park Arts Commissioner from 1979 to retirement; Charter Member of the Overland Park Historical Society; Zonta International; Daughters of the American Revolution; Lifetime member of the National League of American Pen Women; Kansas Watercolor Society; Charter Member of the MidAmerica Pastel Society; Charter Member of the Kansas City Artist Coalition; Village Printmakers Guild; Village Painters; Great Kansas City Art Association; Tri-County Art League; the American Sewing Guild and Lifetime Member of the American Association of University Women.
Barbara Ann’s survivors include: a brother, Timothy Paul Page (Janette) of Overland Park, Kansas; a sister, Mary Theresa Wilson (Ralph) of Raymore, Missouri; daughters: Leanne Marie Baraban (Steve) of Overland Park, Kansas; Christine Louise “Sterling” Oldham of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; Laura Jocelyn Hackworth (Bill) of Stockbridge, Georgia; and Leslie June Wilson (Jim) of Apache Junction, Arizona. Eight grandchildren: Melissa Ann (Baraban) Riha (Adam) of Kansas; Brian Jeffery Baraban (Maureen) of Kansas; Jeffrey Russell Oldham of Oklahoma; Angela Marie (Hackworth) Murphy of Georgia; Andrew Michael Hackworth (Linda) of Georgia; Heather Elizabeth Barrymore of Missouri; Michael Ray Wilson (Cassy) of Kansas; and Christopher Wayne Wilson of Kansas. Eleven great grandchildren: Anastasia Rose Riha; Emmaleen Marie Riha; Aidan Jeremiah Baraban; Penelope Nila Baraban; Caleb William Jackson; Sienna Marie Jackson; Perry Michael Hackworth; Skylee Jo Shellenberger; Eva Rae Wilson; Bella Elizabeth Blakeslee Wilson; Maximus Christopher Blakeslee Wilson; a host of loving relatives and friends.
She was preceded in death by her spouses: Leroy John Stocks in 1997 and Thomas Patrick Daly in 2016; her sister Patricia Marie (Page) Deyerle in 2005; and her daughter Lisa Ann (Barrymore) Sawyer in 2017.
Pall bearers: Steve Baraban, Adam Riha, Brian Baraban, Bill Hackworth, Andrew Hackworth, Jim Wilson and Christopher Wilson.
