Mrs. Beverly Draper

Beverly Draper, 71, Olathe, Kansas passed away at 10:14 A.M., Monday, November 30, 2009 at the Villa of St. Francis in Olathe, Kansas.
Beverly was born March 25, 1938 in Chicago, Illinois. She graduated from Shawnee Mission High School in 1956 and attended Baker University where she was a member of the Tri-Delta Sorority. She married Jim Draper, and through this union came four children.
Bev lived most of her adult life in Gladstone, Missouri before living the last couple years at The Grand Court in Overland Park and then finally at Villa of St. Francis.
She was preceded in death by her father, Phillip Turney Bear and mother, Mary Alice. She is survived by her sister, Phyllis Bear of Bend, Oregon; four children and their spouses, Phillip and Michelle Draper of Lewisburg, Tennessee, Randy and Michelle Draper of Grain Valley, Missouri, Dr. David and Jamie Griffin of Liberty, Missouri, Randy and Mary Wasinger of Overland Park, Kansas; seven grandchildren, Nicole, Phillip, Aaron, Michael, MacKenzie, Zoe, and A.J.
A visitation will be held Thursday evening from 6-8 P.M. at D.W. Newcomer’s Sons Johnson County Chapel, 11200 Metcalf, Overland Park, Kansas. Memorial contributions are suggested to SDS/MSA Support Group, P.O. Box 279, Coupland, TX 78615.
