Beverly Strack

Beverly Jane (Brown) Strack, age 79, of Leawood, Kansas, passed away peacefully in her sleep on Sunday, October 15th, 2023. Visitation will be Thursday, October 19^th from 1-2 PM at Johnson County Funeral Chapel and Memorial Gardens, 11200 Metcalf Ave, Overland Park Kansas 66210, with Funeral Service following at 2 PM, and burial at 3 PM.

Beverly was born in Paola, Kansas on 15 March 1944 to Glenn and Eleanor (Hillman) Brown. She attended the Scott Valley one-room school house through the 8^th grade and graduated from Paola High School in 1962. She married Jerry Lee Strack on June 10th, 1967 and had two children; Diana and Brian.

Beverly was dedicated to her family and her faith. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. Her family was the focal point of her life. Beverly supported Diana and Brian in leadership positions in the Girl Scouts and Cub Scouts. She took great satisfaction in supporting the achievements of her family. Beverly worked as a secretary in banking to fund college educations for her children. She was delighted to be a grandmother to Vivian and proudly attended her swim meets and choir concerts while Vivian lived locally. Beverly was a member of the Holmeswood Baptist Church for 40 years where she was active in the choir for twenty years. She has been a member of the Kansas City First Church of the Nazarene for the last 5 years.

Beverly is survived by Jerry, her husband of 56 years, her daughter Diana Jeffers and husband Lee, her son Brian and wife Penelope, and grand-daughter Vivian Strack.

Beverly will be remembered for her Love of God, her family, and for her gracious manner.
