Mrs. Billie Phelps

Billie M. Phelps, 87, of Overland Park, Ks passed away Wednesday, November 18, 2009. Private family services to be held. Interment Johnson County Memorial Gardens, 11200 Metcalf. Billie was born October 13, 1922 to William and Opal Wall. She lived most of her life in the Kansas City area and was a long time member of the Christian Science Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Lawrence S. Phelps. Survivors include her son, Larry A. Phelps, and grandson, Aaron Phelps. Contributions may be given to the Christian Science Church.
