Billie Tyson

Billie R. Tyson, 92, passed away December 9, 2016.  Visitation will be from 6-8 PM Wednesday, December 14, 2016 at Johnson County Chapel.  Funeral services will be 10 AM Thursday at the chapel.  Billie worked for the Department of Agriculture and retired in 1986. He loved Wednesday and Sunday dinners and was also frugal with coupons for his favorite buffets.  He was a handyman, built houses and was the one who could fix anything.  Billie was health conscientious, walked, rode his bike but still loved his sweets.  He was preceded in death by his wife of 58 years, Charlene Tyson.  Survivors include his children, Sharon Adams, James Tyson, Valerie Reathaford, 5 grandchildren and 8 great grandchildren.  Fond memories and condolences may be left at www.johnsoncountychapel.com.
