Bobbie Hendricks Alexander, 81, Merriam, KS, died March 7, 2008 from respiratory failure.
Funeral services will be Monday, March 10, 11 a.m. at D.W. Newcomer's Sons, 11200 Metcalf in Overland Park. Visitation will be Sunday March 9 from 2-4 p.m. at DW Newcomer's Sons, 11200 Metcalf in Overland Park.
Bobbie taught biology at Shawnee Mission West for 20 years, was a realtor at Bob Owen, was a member of the PEO service organization, and a member of AAUW. She will be remembered as a demanding, highly intelligent teacher, as a shrewd businesswoman, and as an adoring grandmother.
She is survived by daughter, Julie Hitchcock, son, Robert Gregory, and a grandson, Marshall.
