Bonnie Kathleen (Endsley) Bradshaw, 69, of Stilwell, KS, passed peacefully on Saturday, July 16, 2011. Bonnie was a lifelong Kansas City resident. Bonnie will be remembered most by her caring and generous nature, her kindness, and her heart that was open to everyone. Bonnie worked at the WyCo Health Department in the early 60's then spent many years as a stay-at-home mom. She volunteered every year at her children's schools and delighted many children with her clown costume. She retired after 27 years at the Venture Store in Overland Park where she met many lifelong friends. Bonnie was friendly and helpful and never met a stranger. Bonnie's passion was Fenton art glass. She belonged to Fenton Finders of Greater K.C. where she served as Secretary for many years. She is survived by the love of her life and husband of 50 years, Joseph Bradshaw, of the home; Denise Bradshaw (Derek Adams), Overland Park; Debbie (Anthony) Battaglia, of Stilwell; Lisa (John) Stuart, of Lenexa; and Kenneth Bradshaw (Lana Cook), of Lansing. She cherished seven grandchildren: Keriann and Melanie Battaglia; Matthew and Olivia Stuart; and Ken, Kyle, and Katelyn Bradshaw. She is also survived by her siblings: Marilyn Vitatoe, Carolyn Matney, and Myron Endsley. Bonnie also leaves behind many friends and extended family. The family wishes to extend a special Thank You to the dedicated staff of Johnson County Fire Department/Med Act in Stilwell for the dignified and respectful treatment of their mother throughout the years. A visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Thursday, July 21st, at D. W. Newcomer's Sons Johnson County Chapel, 11200 Metcalf, Overland Park, with a memorial service immediately following.
