C. Keith Cave, 62, of Stilwell, KS passed away Sunday December 17, 2006 at Menorah Medical Center while surrounded by his loving family.
Keith was born in Kansas City, Missouri and lived most of his life in the Stilwell and Springhill area.
He began his career in the 1963 with International Harvester in the parts department. He went on to become the Comptroller for North American Operations in Chicago. He returned to this area in 1978, and in 1980, was asked to open the National Accounting Office. In 1981, Keith became a co-owner and the Chief Financial Officer, of KCR International Trucks Inc. He continued in that capacity until 2001 when he retired due to ill health.
In 1971, Mr. Cave founded the Springhill, Kansas chapter of Jaycees. He loved to boat and spend time on the lake with his family and friends. He was a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather and brother.
The family would like to thank Keith?s longtime physician, Dr. John Dunlap and his staff for their assistance during his illness.
His wife Cherie, daughters Laurie (Mike) O?Keefe, Erica Cave. Erin (Peter Rutili) Cave-Rutili, son Jason (Debbie) Clements, four granddaughters, two grandsons and sisters Glenda Stepaniak, and Reta Beach survive him.
Keith will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
