Carolyn L. Johnson, 77, went to be with her Lord Savior on July 1, 2007. Carolyn was born in Kansas City, Missouri on March 6, 1930. She retired as Office Manager in 1998 from Superior Office Snacks.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Harry and Nellie Trout; infant son, Bruce; husband Howard; 2 sisters, Viola Blick and Elaine Hill; and half-brother Maurice Trout.
She is survived by; daughter Lois Elder and husband Chuck; son Mark Johnson and wife Denise; step-son Gene Johnson and wife Linda; sister Joan Nevins; granddaughter Amanda Johnson and grandson Tyler McGee.
Funeral services will be held Thursday, July 5, 2007 at 3:00 p.m. at D.W. Newcomer?s Sons Johnson County Chapel, 11200 Metcalf, Overland Park. Visitation will be held an hour prior at the chapel. Cremation to follow.
