The most important event in Cathy's life was when she accepted Christ as her Savior at age 7. She was married to Tom Cuscino at age 23 and bore her only child, Curt Cuscino, at age 25. Tom and Cathy were married for 33 years and remained committed to each other until the end. She valued people and relationships and made those she met better people. Cathy held several jobs, however, her most important job was a stay-at-home mom to raise her son. She also volunteered at Beautiful Savior Nursing Home and befriended many senior citizen women within the churches she attended. Cathy once described herself as a twinkling star and those who met her will attest that she was certainly a bright light. Arr.: D.W. Newcomer's Sons Johnson County Chapel, 913-451-1860.
