CHARLES JEFFERSON WALKER
Charles Jefferson Walker of Overland Park, husband and best friend of Tina Walker went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, September 5, 2010.
Charles was born July 13, in St. Simons Island, Georgia, the eldest son of Laura and Hinton Walker. On September 18, 1982, Charles married Tina, who survives. Charles marriage and love for Tina was a living demonstration of Christ’s love for His bride.
A Sr. Software Engineer, pilot and author. He graduated from Georgia State University Summa Cum Laude with his Masters of Computer Science and Masters of Mathematics. He served on the City Commission and as a GOP Delegate. A spiritual father, pastor and prophetic voice was founder of Rehoboth House of Prayer and The Quest Ministry.
Charles was the grandson of the late Gladys and Emmett Murphy.
