Clara Annette Flanders, 89, Mission, Kansas passed away Tuesday, July 15, 2008 from a cerebral stroke.
Annette was born Nov. 8, 1918 in Kansas City, Missouri. She was a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. She was an accomplished artist for Hallmark Cards and other businesses. She was a member of P.E.O. Chapter AV, Kansas City, Missouri.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Donald L. Flanders.
Survivors include her son, Donald (Wink) Flanders, Jr.; daughters, Jean (Kent) Harrington, Carol (Steve) Miner, and Marilyn (Dan) Hill; 11 grandchildren; and 20 great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 4:00 P.M., Saturday, July 19, 2008 at D.W. Newcomer?s Sons Johnson County Chapel, 11200 Metcalf, Overland Park. A visitation will begin an hour prior to service times.
