Mrs. Darlene (Dolly) Hanson

Darlene L Hanson 74 went to be with the Lord December 9th 2015. She was born September 30, 1941 in Kansas City, Kansas. She was an avid KC Royal and Chiefs fan. She was active in a few churches in the area. She loved to study her Bible, play the piano knit and crochet. Darlene was Preceded in death by her parents, her sister Betty, and husband of 50 years Robert Alan.  Survivors include her three Sons Robert, Jeff, and Jon and their spouses, Beth, Earlene, and Missy. 8 grandchildren, Jeff Jr., Jenni, Lauren, Sara, Kelsie, Dylan, Haley, and Colton and 6 great grandchildren, Jack, Hud, Evie, River, Boston, and Ava, Sisters included Shirley, Candy, Lynn, brothers Rodney and Robert. A Memorial service will be Saturday December 19th and 11:00 am at the Johnson County Funeral Chapel located at 11200 Metcalf Overland Park, Ks. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the City Union Mission.
