DAVID WALTER MACADAM
David Walter MacAdam passed away May 8, 2012. Dave was born Dec. 8, 1937, in Watertown, N.Y., the son of Kenneth and Helen MacAdam. He married Elizabeth Halperin on March 25, 1961, in Winter Park, Fla. After serving in the Marine Corps, Dave graduated from Rollins College and later worked for more than three decades in national and international sales with Butler Manufacturing in Kansas City, Mo. A friend to many, Dave leaves behind his wife of 51 years; his sons; Kenneth, Michael and Christopher; six grandchildren and two brothers. Visitation will be from 5 - 6 pm Friday, May 11, 2012 with service to follow at D.W. Newcomer's Sons Johnson County Chapel. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Harvesters BackSnack Program or a charity of your choice.
