She was born on November 5, 1958 to Betty (Winn) and Billie Roberts in Overland Park, KS. She grew up in Overland Park and attended Shawnee Mission West High School. She was pursuing a degree in Counseling with an addiction recovery focus at Park University.
She enjoyed live music, gardening, and summer activities; she also loved her two cats, Twinkie and Mr. Man. She was actively involved with AA groups in Mission and Jackson County.
She is preceded in death by her parents and her grandmother Amrine Winn.
She is survived by her two daughters, Amrine Obermueller and Rhea Obermueller, and her Aunt Jeannie Winn.
Visitation will be at 1 PM on December 3, 2013 at D.W. Newcomer's Son – Johnson County Chapel, 11200 Metcalf Ave. Overland Park, KS 66213. Graveside service will follow at Johnson County Memorial Gardens at 2 PM.
