Debra J. (Elliot) Murphy passed away quietly at her home after a 7 year battle with cancer.
She is survived by her husband, Tim, daughter, Meghan and son Kevin, as well as parents Chuck and Arliss Elliot, sisters, Cherie Elliot and Pam (Elliot) Petropolous, and brother Steve Elliot.
Deb grew up in Shawnee, KS and lived most recently in Overland Park, KS. Visitation will be Tuesday, March 6th at D.W. Newcomer's Sons Johnson County Chapel from 3 to 9 pm. Funeral services will be
Wednesday, March 7th at the Church of the Ascension Catholic Church in Overland Park.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the Debra J. Murphy Cancer Fund, which will be given in her name to the San Diego Clinic where she fought the disease magnificently
