Delores Brown-Lively, 92, passed away January 30, 2016. She was born on February 6, 1923, in Des Arc, Arkansas.
Delores was married to the love of her life, Chuck Lively for 64 years. She loved to read, was an avid bridge player, and the style that best describes her cooking; Southern. She was a wonderful cook and she was one of the kindest people you would ever know.
Her friends were too many to count. She adored them and spent many lunches out on the town. Delores was a wonderful Mother, Grandmother, Aunt, Sister and Friend.
Delores was proceeded in death by her husband Chuck.
She is survived by her son, Charles Lively (Mary) of Omaha, NE, Her daughters Candy Lively of Racine, WI and Cheri Martin (Rob) of Ooltewah, TN., granddaughter Dani Neal (Johnny) and great grandchildren, Maddy and Theo Neal.
Visitation will be at 10:00 AM on Saturday Feb. 6th, 2016 and will be held at the Valley View United Methodist Church, 8412 W. 95th Street, Overland Park, KS 66212.
Memorial contributions may be made to Valley View United Methodist Church.
