Dianne Coats

Dianne Lynn (Buzzard) Coats, 66, Overland Park, KS, passed away on September 24, 2018.

Dianne was born November 14, 1951 in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. She was an education aide at Crestview Elementary in the Shawnee Mission School District for 21 years. She was married to her husband Ron for 43 years. They enjoyed spending their summers at Truman Lake in Warsaw, MO, where they were avid fisherman. Dianne was an avid supporter of the local arts, patronizing many Kansas City Theaters.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Arthur and Sue Buzzard; her brother, Mike Buzzard; and her sister, Patricia Lea.

Dianne is survived by her husband, Ron; daughter, Julie Briones (and son-in-law Artie Briones); son, Jason (and son-in-law Tone Stowers); 5 grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren.
