Mr. Don Beadle

Don B. Beadle, Shawnee, Kansas, born June 6, 1944, was called home to play bass guitar with the Lord on December 31, 2010, at the age of 66. He is survived by his wife, Anne; daughter Jennifer Boyer and her husband Philip; and son, Jonathan, all of Shawnee; sister Barbara Bell of Tampa FL; and the numerous children and families of Garden Gate Day Care who were so special to him. Don was born in Chicago, IL, to B.W. and Mary Beadle and moved to the Kansas City area at the age of 12, graduated from Shawnee Mission North and attended Kansas State University. Don spent his career in computer programming for various financial institutions and then in telecommunications. Visitation will be at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, January 8, at D. W. Newcomer's Sons Johnson County Chapel at 11120 Metcalf, Overland Park, Kansas, with memorial at 11:00 a.m.
