Mr. Donald Maxon

Donald S. Maxon 76, Maryville, MO, passed away Wednesday July 18, 2007.
Mr. Maxon was a charter member of the Overland Park Lion?s Club. He was an avid private pilot who also enjoyed fishing, especially at Table Rock Lake. He served the local medical community as a manufacturer?s representative for Zimmer-Maxon Associates for 25 years until his retirement in 1983.
His sons Steven (Bobbie) Maxon and Ron Maxon, grandchildren Derik and Alyssa Maxon, and his brothers Richard and Edward Maxon survive him.
Funeral services will be 12:00 PM Friday July 20th at D.W. Newcomer?s Sons Johnson County Chapel 11200 Metcalf Overland Park, KS 66210. Visitation will be at 11:00 AM prior to the service.
Memorial contributions are suggested to the First Baptist Church of Maryville 121 E Jenkins St. Maryville, MO 64468.
