Donald Brian Page, age 66, of Overland Park, Kansas passed away Saturday, November 6th, 2010 at Menorah Medical Center. Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, November 9th at 11:00 AM at D.W. Newcomer’s Sons Johnson County Chapel, 11200 Metcalf Ave., Overland Park, KS.
Donald Brian was born June 11, 1944 in Kingsley, Iowa. He was employed by Sysco Foods of Olathe, KS for 24 years. Previously Don was an air traffic controller in Olathe, KS. He served in the US Navy from 1965-1969 and was stationed in the Philippines during the Vietnam conflict.
He was preceded in death by his father, Donald P. Page, sister Brenda Huisenga and sister Betty Page. He is survived by his wife of 29 years, Jody Lesky, daughters Molly and Kim of the home, mother Marjorie Page of Kingsley, son Don and his children of OR, daughters Jessica and Stacy of OR. Siblings: Bruce and Terry Page, FL, Barbara and Gary Bucholz, OR, Anita and Gary Coffman, CT, Marsha and David VanderBroek, IA, Frank and Luann Page, IA, Ed and Greta Page, TX, Lisa and Steve Swenson, IA, Jana and Byron Peyton, IA, John Page, IA, and Roland and Pat Huisenga, IA; uncle Harold Johnson of St. Joseph, MO, in-laws Betty and Lou Lesky, Prairie Village, KS, as well as many nieces and nephews.
