Donald E. “Don” White, 86, passed away November 30, 2017.
Don was born on March 9, 1931 to Jerry and Edith (Crawford) White. He proudly served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War, after service Don went to work for the Trans World Airlines (TWA) for over 25 years until retirement. Don was an active member if the Southminster Presbyterian Church for over 40 years.
Don is preceded in death by his parents and daughter, Brenda. He is survived by his loving wife of 60 years, Joan White; daughters, Donna White, Tammy (Ron) Young; grandchildren, Derek Stannard, Jake (Sarah) Young and Katie (Jimmy) Lasater.
A visitation will be from 2:00-4:00 pm Sunday, December 3rd at Johnson County Chapel, 11200 Metcalf Ave., Overland Park, KS. A graveside will be 10:00 am Monday, December 4th at Johnson County Memorial Gardens.
