Doris McCool

Doris Alene McCool, 94, Overland Park, KS, passed away Friday, April 29, 2016.  Doris was born November 2, 1921 in Kansas City, MO, the daughter of Albert and Hilda (Kern) Parr.  Doris was married to William C. McCool, who preceded her in death in 1975.  She was a homemaker taking care of her children; Martin McCool (Linda) of Lenexa, KS, Mike McCool (Debbie) of Sand Springs, OK: grandchildren; Robert McCool, Matthew McCool, Lisa Carter and great grandchildren, Caleb and Bianca Carter.  Visitation will be from 6-8 PM Wednesday, May 4th at Johnson County Chapel, 11200 Metcalf, Overland Park, Kansas.  Memorial service will be 11 AM Thursday at Ward Parkway Presbyterian Church, 7406 Ward Pkwy, Kansas City, MO.   Memorial contributions are suggested to Love Fund For Children, 3030 Summit St., Kansas City, MO 64108.
