Dorothy A. Scott, 75, of Overland Park passed away peacefully at home on March 10, 2008.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, March 13 at 10:00am at Holy Cross Catholic Church, 8311 West 93rd Street, Overland Park, KS. Burial at Johnson County Memorial Gardens, 11200 Metcalf, Overland Park, KS. Visitation will be held Wednesday, March 12 from 6:00-8:00p.m. at D.W. Newcomer?s Sons Johnson County Chapel, 11200 Metcalf, Overland Park, KS. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the American Lung Association.
Dorothy was a member of Holy Cross Catholic Church for 20 years. She was involved with New Neighbors. She loved playing bridge, dining with her husband and friends, was an avid cook and cook book collector.
Mrs. Scott is survived by her husband of 58 years, William ?Bill? Scott; daughter, Nancy Driscoll; 3 grandchildren, Bryan, Ian and Aubrey.
