Mrs. Elizabeth Derrington Grapes

Elizabeth Derrington Grapes, 88, passed away on Christmas Day, December 25, 2010 at St. Luke's East Hospital in Lee's Summit. A funeral service will be held at 2:00 P.M., Wednesday, December 29, 2010 at D.W. Newcomer's Sons Johnson County Chapel, 11200 Metcalf Ave., Overland Park, Kansas. A visitation will begin an hour prior to the service, also in the chapel. Interment will be in Johnson County Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to American Heart Association or Lance Armstrong Foundation. Elizabeth is survived by 2 sons, Kenneth L. Derrington and Thomas Neale Derrington; four grandsons; and one great granddaughter. Arrangements: D.W. Newcomer's Sons Johnson County Chapel, 913-451-1860.
