She was born Jan. 27, 1923. She was preceded in death by her parents, Alberic & Marcella (VanDaele) Bourquin; husband, Ray Dobbs; and sister, Lorene (Bourquin) Blough. Survivors include her brother-in-law, Wayne Blough; nephews, John Blough (Paula) and Michael Blough; and niece, Gloria O'Malley (Pat).
Private scattering will be at Shawnee Mission Memory Gardens, Shawnee, Kansas.
