Ernest (Ernie) Joseph Estopare Sr., 73 of Warsaw MO. Passed away peacefully, on Monday, March 17, 2008, surrounded by his family.
He was born on July 7,1934 in Kansas City, MO. Ernie served in the United States Air Force during the Korean War. He was a business owner, who resided in Naperville, Il., until his retirement two years ago.
He is survived by wife Shirley, daughter Kim Loewe of Mishiwaka, In.; five sons: Eric (Teri) of Atoka, Tn., Jeff (Jennie) of Overland Park, Ks, Matt (Katie) of Land O'Lakes, Fl, Greg (Tina) of Plainfield, Il., Ernie Jr. (Carmen) of Naperville, Il, brother Paul Estopare and sister Corena Wright. He was preceeded in death by his parents and a son Michael in 2006. Ernie also leaves behind a large, extended family of 21 grandchildren, 4 great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews, & friends whom he deeply loved. He will remain forever in our hearts.
Visitation will be held at St. Ann's Catholic Church, 30455 W. Dam Access Rd., Warsaw MO, on Monday, March 24th, from 6-9pm. Rosary will begin at 7 p.m. Additional visitation will be on Tuesday, March 25th, at DW Newcomer's Sons Johnson County Chapel, 11200 Metcalf, Overland Park, KS from 11-1 p.m. Funeral Services follow at 2pm at Church of the Ascension, 9510 W. 127th, Overland Park, KS.
