E.W. "Bill" Clauson, 83, Leawood, Kansas passed away Tuesday, January 2, 2007.
Bill was born October 16, 1923 in Pasadena California. He attended California Institute of Technology. He lived in many different cities during his life including, Pasadena, Milwaukee, Chicago, Cleveland, Atlanta, and Kansas City. He was successful in sales and retired from 30 years of service with Bostitch. He was then the local owner of Crown Services in Kansas City. He was an avid gardener and talented craftsman is his spare time. He was always very cheerful, patient & kind.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Emma and Adolph Clauson. Left to cherish his memory is his wife of 59 years, Margaret; daughter Nancy (Robert) Kraut of Bloomfield Hills, MI; and grandchildren, Andy and Lauren.
Memorial Services will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, January 6, 2007 at Country Club Christian Church, 6101 Ward Parkway, Kansas City, Missouri. Inurnment will be in Moline Memorial Park, Moline, Illinois at a later date. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 3846 W. 75th Street, Prairie Village, Kansas 66208.
