Frances Carlson (Denning), age 82, passed away January 15, 2013. A memorial service will be held at 2:00 PM on January 18, 2013 at D.W. Newcomer's Sons Johnson County Chapel, 11200 Metcalf Ave., Overland Park, KS. Inurnment will follow at a later date in St. Mary's Cemetery, Ellis, KS. Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
Frances was born 8/31/1930 in Ellis County, KS. She married Charles Carlson 3/3/1951. Together they had 3 children, 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren. Frances worked as a bookkeeper at Midwest Distributing for many years. She enjoyed gardening, spending time at their lake home and being with family and friends.
