Mr. Galen Lowman

Galen E. "Butch" Lowman, 69, of Stanley, KS, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, March 6, 2010. He was preceded in death by his wife, Rosemary (Raney); parents, Albert and Flora Lowman; and grandson, Eric. He leaves behind his son, Scott (Jeanna) Lowman; daughter, Gayle (Gary) Franklin; 4 grandchildren, Joe & Jake Lowman, Tim & Stephanie Sidebottom; and 4 great-grandchildren. Survivors also include his sister, Natalie (Clyde) Perkins); nephews, Kirby (Bobbi) Perkins; aunt, Mary; cousin, Gert; and many friends whom will miss him greatly. Funeral services will be 6 p.m., Thursday, March 11, at Emmanuel Baptist Church, 10100 Metcalf. Visitation will be 4-6 p.m., prior to the service, at the church.
