Gary H. Nall was born in March, 1956, in Kansas City, Missouri. He grew up in Overland Park and graduated in 1974 from Shawnee Mission North High School. He took computer classes at Johnson County Community College and worked for Pyramid Life Insurance Co. for 10 years and for Associated Wholesale Grocers for more than 25 years before he retired in November 2013.
Gary lived with Cystic Fibrosis, but never let that slow him down in life. He enjoyed following his favorite local sports teams and really loved any activity that included family or friends. Whether that was traveling somewhere warm on a family vacation or making his annual trip to Las Vegas with a group of his buddies. Gary had a special love for nature, gardening, music and fishing. He also loved his pet turtle, Chad, who he adopted with another turtle, Jeremy (Chad and Jeremy) when Gary was 10 years old. Jeremy passed away but Chad is 49 years old and now in the loving care of Deb.
RIP, Gary. You lived a great life and we miss you.
