Geraldine Duddridge

Geraldine Duddridge, 91, Olathe, Kansas, passed away Wednesday, May 18, 2016.  She was born November, 15, 1924 in Kansas City, MO the daughter of Mr. & Mrs. John C. Miles.  Geraldine married Clifford (Red) F. Duddridge on January 20, 1951.  Together with her husband, they founded Olathe Turf and Tractor Company where she worked as a bookkeeper.  She was a long time member of the First Christian Church in Olathe, KS where she taught Sunday school for 30 years.  She was preceded in death by a sister, Kathrine Hensley, two brothers, Clifford Miles and Perry Miles.  Survivors include her son Gary and daughter-in-law Kathy, grandchildren, Amy and Ryan Hodapp, Nate and Shelley Gifford and three great grandchildren.  There will be a visitation from 10-11 a.m., Monday, May 23, 2016 at Johnson County Chapel, 11200 Metcalf, Overland Park, Kansas 66210, with funeral service following at 11 am.  Interment will be at Johnson County Memorial Gardens.  Memorial Contributions are suggested to Wayside Waifs, 3901 Martha Truman Rd, Kansas City, MO 64137.
