Harold 'Andy' F. Andersen, 85, of Overland Park, passed away Wednesday, October 23, 2013 at St. Luke's South Hospital.
He was born on April 11, 1928.
Harold was a devoted husband, father and grandfather.
He was a Mason in Omaha. When Harold wasn't working, he enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
Survivors include his loving wife of 65 years Beverly 'Bev' Andersen; daughter, Nancy Pretz (Rick), son Roy (Valerie), son Dale (Deanna), son Gary (Loretta); twin sister Helen, brother Chris (Lois); nine grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m on Saturday, October 26, 2013, at D.W. Newcomer's Sons – Johnson County Chapel, 11200 Metcalf, Overland Park, KS 66210.
In lieu of flowers family suggest memorial contributions to American Diabetes Association.
