Harry Bennett

Henry "Hank" G. Bennett was born Oct. 15, 1933 and passed away Sept. 2012. In his youth Hank was a very talented basketball player. Hank was a very talented artist and worked as a graphic artist for many years in the Kansas City area. He and his wife, Norma, had a lovely home in the Kansas City area, she passed away in 2003. Hank was preceded in death by his parents, and his older sister Annie. He was survived by his brother, William (Virginia) Bennett, good friends and neighbors throughout the Kansas City area. Visitation will be held at D.W. Newcomer's Sons Johnson County Chapel, 11200 Metcalf Ave, Overland Park, KS 66210; Nov. 9, 2012 at 10AM and funeral services will held directly after at 11AM with a graveside to follow. In lieu of flowers the family request Memorial Contributions Great Plains SPCA 5428 Antioch Dr., Merriam, KS 66202.
