David was born October 6, 1951 in Tulsa, Oklahoma to Fred and Betty Haddad, joining the family as the third of seven children. David spent his formative years growing up in Tulsa and graduated from Will Rogers High School. From November, 1971 through August, 1974 David was a member of the US Army where he proudly served in Korea. David went on to attend Oklahoma State University graduating with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. His career focused on the oil & gas industry, beginning in Tulsa and then later in Kansas City where he moved with his family in 1994.
