Helen McGuire

Helen Louise McGuire, 90, passed away February 15, 2018. She was born in Sedalia, MO on February 16, 1927 to John and Isabelle Taylor.

Helen was a long-standing member in Alpha Sigma Alpha, Tri Psi and Cure of Ars Catholic Church. She was an avid bridge player, enjoyed traveling, cooking and sewing, but most of all she loved her family and pets.

Helen is preceded in death by her husband, Raymond J. McGuire. Survivors include her children, Patti Fisher-Mader (James), Jim McGuire, John McGuire (Liz); grandchildren, Paige Fisher, Grant Fisher, Liam McGuire, Rachel McGuire and Maggie McGuire.

A visitation will be from 12:30-1:30 Monday, February 19th at Cure of Ars Catholic Church, 9401 Mission Rd., Leawood, KS 66206 with a mass to follow at 1:30. A private family interment will be held by the family. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to Cure of Ars Catholic Church.
