Helen Collier, 87, Olathe, Kansas passed away October 9, 2010. A memorial service will be held at 1:30 P.M., Wednesday, October 13, 2010 at D.W. Newcomer’s Sons Johnson County Chapel, 11200 Metcalf, Overland Park, Kansas. Inurnment will take place in Johnson County Memorial Gardens. Contributions are suggested to Villa St. Francis or the Alzheimer’s Association.
Helen was preceded in death by her husbands, Woodie C. Collier and Carl Widders.
Survivors include her three children, Carol Collier, Jeff Collier, and Peggy Crumet, all of Lawrence, Kansas; 3 grandchildren; one great granddaughter; step-daughters, Andyla of Overland Park, Kansas and Ilana of Springfield, Oregon; and two sisters, Mrs. Elouise Mayer of Olathe, Kansas and Maris Snider of Iowa City, Iowa.
