Holly Sherman

Holly Elizabeth "Liz" Sherman, 41, of Leawood, Kansas, passed away on February 26th, 2015 due to complications from a long, ongoing illness. She is survived by her husband Kyah Hicks, her 4-year old son Ashton Hicks, parents Larry and Nina Sherman, cousins Shannon O'Flaherty, Kelly Flaherty, Sharon Doan, Eric McClellan and Jay Conaway, aunts Jeanne McClellan and Marjorie Conaway, and many hundreds of fellow Madonna fans from all over the world. Holly was a loving wife, mother, and daughter, and an ardent champion for Autism awareness since her son was diagnosed with Autism in 2013. She was taken far too soon, and will be painfully missed by all who knew her. Services will be Friday, March 6th, 2015 at 3:00 PM at the Johnson County Funeral Chapel & Memorial Gardens in Overland Park, Kansas. The family requests that in lieu of flowers, please make donations in her memory to the charity Autism Speaks.
