Mr. Hubert Askew

Hubert M. Askew, 84, North Kansas City, passed away December 22, 2010. A funeral service will be held at 12:00 P.M., Monday, December 27, 2010 at D.W. Newcomer’s Sons Johnson County Chapel, 11200 Metcalf Ave., Overland Park, Kansas. A visitation will begin an hour prior to the service, also in the chapel. Interment in Johnson County Memorial Gardens. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions are suggested to American Cancer Society, 6700 Antioch, Suite 100, Merriam, Kansas 66204.
Hubert was preceded in death by his brother, Loren Askew.
He is survived by his wife, Bobbie of the home; two daughters, Kate Finn and Judi Lynn; three grandchildren; and one brother, Eldon Askew.
