Iona E. Patrick, age 88, of Overland Park, KS passed away on Tuesday, August 2, 2011. She was born on July 24, 1923 in Concordia, MO, the daughter of Liese (Fricke) and Henry Oetting. Iona was a member of the Bethany Lutheran Church.
Survivors include her daughter, Christine Rheaume; sons, James Patrick, Jr. and Paul Patrick; 4 sisters and 6 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, 2 brothers and 2 sisters.
Memorial Services will be held at 11:00 A. M. Saturday, August 6, 2011 at Bethany Lutheran Church, 9101 Lamar, Overland Park, KS 66207. Inurnment will be held in the Johnson County Memorial Gardens. Memorial contributions may be made to Bethany Lutheran Church.
