Jacob Louis Farney, 13, Overland Park, passed away Tuesday, January 13, 2008. A celebration of his life will be held 6:00 P.M., Tuesday, January 20, 2009 at the United Methodist Church of the Resurrection, 13720 Roe Ave., Leawood, Kansas. Jacob was born April 10, 1995 in Merriam, Kansas. He attended Johnson County Montessori School, John Diemer Elementary School, and was currently an 8th grade student at Indian Woods Middle School.
Jacob is a beautiful, wonderful, unique and kind soul who graced all the people he knew with a special love that can not be described. Although he left us far too soon, we are all so grateful to have known him and felt his touch. We all love Jacob very much.
Jacob was preceded in death by his grandma, Mary Lou Farney.
Left to cherish his memory are his dad and mother, Brad and Ileana Farney; little sister, Leanna; grandparents, Ben and Etta Farney, Rosemarie and Francisco Rondon, and many other loving family and friends.
