Her dedication to ensuring food safety for all was unrivaled. Her meticulous attention to detail and strong work ethic earned her the respect of her colleagues and made a lasting impact on public health.
While Jan's professional achievements were noteworthy, her true joy came from serving others outside the office. Until she was 90 years old, she dedicated her time to delivering meals on wheels to those in need. Jan's commitment to making sure no one went hungry was truly inspiring. Her generous spirit extended beyond meal deliveries. Jan also taught Sunday school at the local church and served as a den mother for the cub scouts. Her nurturing nature shone through as she mentored young minds and instilled important values in them.
As an active mom, Jan always made sure to be present in her children's lives. She supported their endeavors wholeheartedly and provided unwavering love and guidance. Her devotion to her family was paramount and served as a guiding light throughout their lives.
Outside of work and family life, Jan found solace in her hobbies and interests. She had an insatiable thirst for knowledge which led her to spend countless hours immersed in books. Additionally, she loved traveling alongside her beloved husband Earl and close friends.
