Jeremiah A. Johnson, 38, of Overland Park, Kansas passed away Tuesday, May 23, 2017. Jeremiah was born February 15, 1979 in Kansas City, Kansas. He is survived by his parents, Ron and Cyndi Johnson of Stilwell, Kansas and two sons, Aidan Johnson and Kyler Johnson, both of Olathe, Kansas. Jeremiah loved spending time with his sons more than anything. Jeremiah worked various positions in the Restaurant and Food Industry and warehousing.
Jeremiah graduated from Blue Valley High School in 1998. He attended three years of college studying Business Administration at Johnson County Community College and Pittsburg State College. He participated in many sports including basketball, baseball, water skiing and Junior Varsity Soccer and Track for Blue Valley High School. His passion was soccer and he played several years for the Blue Valley Soccer League.
Jeremiah was a member of the First Baptist Church of Stilwell, Kansas, where he was baptized and was a member of the Boy Scouts of America. Jeremiah was known by his friends for being a caring person who was always willing to help others. He will be missed greatly by his family and friends. Jeremiah’s love of music was the center of his life and now he is sharing his music with others in Heaven.
