JOAN RENNE SELLERS
Joan Sellers, age 80, of Olathe Kan., passed away Thursday, May 20, at Olathe Medical Center. She lived with daughter Karen and son-in-law Ron Worth. She was born June 27, 1929, in Kansas City, Kan., and was a lifelong area resident. Joan was a member of the Church of the Resurrection in Leawood, Kan. Joan is survived by Karen Worth, daughter, and Ron Worth, son-in-law; Daniel and Elaine Worth, grandchildren; Robert T. Renne, brother; Edwina Sellers Thoeny, stepdaughter, and her husband Mark Thoeny; Tabitha, granddaughter and Jackson, great grandson; many nieces and nephews and true friends. She was preceded in death by Edwin Sellers, husband; Buddy Renne, William Renne, Arthur Renne, Jr. Gary Renne, brothers; and Betty Barber, Beverly Riddle, Sharon Peil, sisters. Visitation from 10-11 a.m., with memorial service immediately following on Thursday, May 27, at D.W. Newcomer's Sons, 11200 Metcalf, Overland Park, Kan. Friends and family may join the procession to the chapel at Resurrection Cemetery, 83rd and Quivira, Lenexa, Kan.
