Judith K. Hastings of Overland Park, KS passed away on March 5, 2015.
Judy was born May 21, 1941 in McCook, Nebraska to Byron and Garnette McDonald. She was preceded in death by her parents, Byron and Garnette, and brothers, Doug and Ron. Judy is survived by her husband, Larry Hastings, her children, Kay Trieb and Jay Hastings, grandchildren, Erica, Kelly and Anna, and great-grandchildren, Sophia and Fox, and brother, Randy McDonald. Judy will be remembered for her wit, love of animals, baking and especially for how much she loved her family. She was a friend to everyone. A Celebration of Her Life will be held on Sunday, March 15th at Matt Ross Community Center (Hearth Room), 8201 Marty, Overland Park, KS from 3:00 pm to 5:00 pm. Memorial contributions may be made to Kansas City Hospice or a charity of your choice
