Julia Ann Morphew

Julia Ann Morphew, age 84, passed away surrounded by her family on Sunday February 4, 2024.  She is survived by her companion Sally Levitt; children William Daniel Morphew (Jacqueline Quigley), Meredith Morphew Pearson (Sean Pearson), and Michelle Morphew (Betty Berg); grandchildren Kristen, Stephanie, Patrick, Jackson Morphew, and Coretta Pearson; great-grandchild Evelyn Morphew; and siblings William Noel McAnulty Jr. (Karen) and Cathy Futch (Ralph).  She was predeceased by her parents, William Noel and Waldene McAnulty, and her grandson Henry Noel Morphew.

As a resident of Shawnee for over 50 years, Julia was very active with P.T.A., the Shawnee Presbyterian Church, and the Girl Scouts.  She touched many lives in the Shawnee community and later at her new home in the Olathe Co-Op.   The world has lost a beautiful person who will be dearly missed.
